Make the difference! Prepare your child for bullies!
Bullying is such a widespread problem in the world these days, most schools have implemented a zero-tolerance bullying policy. Although this policy has reduced physical abuse, it has done little to remedy the ever-increasing problem of verbal harassment.
In this program, a few rules need to be followed:
#1: Avoid the fight at all costs.
#2: If physically attacked, defend yourself.
#3: Never punch or kick the bully, establish control and negotiate.
#4: When applying submissions, use minimal force and negotiate.
In this program your child will learn Brazilian jiu-jitsu having fun with the GRACIE games and different techniques like,Guillotine Defense, Standing Arm Control, Double Under HookGuard Pass, Take The Back, Headlock Counters, Double Leg Takedown, Headlock Escapes, Punch Block Series, Body Fold Takedown, Clinch (Conservative Opponent), and many other techniques.
Gracie Games: In these games your child will learn whilehaving fun – examples:
SPIDER KID: To win this game you will need to use all your spider skills.
SHARK BITE: Only if you bite like the GREAT WHITE will you win this game.
BULLDOZER: If your reflexes aren't perfect, you will get smashed.
CRAZY HORSE: Seven seconds isn't much time, unless you're riding a Crazy House.
TACKLE THE GIANT: The secret to this game is timing. Surprise the giant and you win.
CROCODILE CONTROL: In this game, you learn how to control a crocodile the GRACIE way.
BASE BATTLE: To be "bullyproof" you must first develop your rock-solid base.
SNAKE BITE: Develop your rattlesnake reflexes, and you win this game.
GUARD MONSTER: If you get trapped underneath a monster, the guard is your secret weapon.
CRAZY LEGS: To get past the crazy legs, you've got to move quickly.
According to the National Education Association, 160,000 kids miss school every day out of fear of bullies.
Studies show that adults who were bullies as children have higher levels of depression and lower self-esteem than those who weren't.
Don’t let this happen!!! Prepare your child for life.
